Villa Vista Hermosa is the retirement home of a distinguished California physician and his family.  The Home is rentable when available.

The home can be rented in two parts.

The main floor:  (Photos)

The main house is spacious.  The ocean is visible as you enter the Villa.  A large entry opens to a full kitchen, dinning room and a spacious living area.   The living room opens onto a large terrace. 

There are  4 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms.  The master suite has 1 king bed, two bedrooms have 2 queens each.  A fourth bedroom has a king bed.  All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.  The main house also has a laundry room.

The backyard is large, and is centered around a large infinity pool.  There is a barbecue, and a terraced sitting area along the bluff.  

Second Level: (Photos)

The Second floor feels like you are on the bridge of a ship.  The Spanish palapa is open, and leads onto a large deck with the ocean in front of you.  There is a fully inclosed  bedroom  and bathroom.   The Space is very large.  It has a living area, a full kitchen, and the enclosed bedroom and bathroom.  It also has two built in sofas that can also be used as beds.  The penthouse has a dip pool for cooling off, and a barbecue.

Playa Carrizalillo (Photos)

The villa also over looks Carrizalillo Bay.  One of the nicest beaches in Puerto.  This is a great beach for swimming and surfing.  This is as a good place to learn to surf.   During the winter the water is very calm, which makes the bay good for snorkeling along the rocks.
