Villa Vista Hermosa is the retirement home of a distinguished California physician and his family. The Home is rentable when available.

The home can be rented in two parts.

The main house is spacious. The ocean is visible as you enter the Villa. A large entry opens to a full kitchen, dinning room and a spacious living area. The living room opens onto a large terrace.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. The master suit has 1 king bed, a Large Bathroom and changing area.   Two bedrooms have 2 queens each. A fourth bedroom has a king bed. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The main house   also has a laundry room.

The backyard is large, and is centered around a large infinity pool. There is a barbecue, and a terraced sitting area along the bluff.

Second Level: (Photos)

The Second floor feels like you are on the bridge of a ship. The Penthouse is open, and leads onto a large deck with the ocean in front of you. There is a fully inclosed bedroom and bathroom with AC. The Space is very large. It has a living area,and large deck . It also has two built in sofas that can also be used as beds. The penthouse has a dip pool for cooling off, and a barbecue.  One of the best Views in Puerto.   We have had one succesful wedding perposal in this Penthouse.

Playa Carrizalillo (Photos)

The villa also over looks Carrizalillo Bay. One of the nicest beaches in Puerto. This is a great beach for swimming and surfing. This is as a good place to learn to surf. During the winter the water is very calm, which makes the bay good for snorkeling along the rocks.
